Ok, so I’ve had a bunch of people flake out or finish their tattoos and hence have some openings here in Ottawa over the next few weeks!
So please, shoot me an email asap if you or someone you know wants to get something done before I skip town!
You can also call Living colour at 613-241-4961
Also, I’m taking appointments now for new consultations again. These will be for my weeks I’ll be back in Ottawa, but also for work in Montreal. So please shoot me an email (phone number coming soon) and I’ll get you in for a consult to discuss some custom work.

Mar 28 2010 Updates! Updates! Updates!
Hey everyone
Thanks for being so patient, I finally have things more figured out so I can give some legitimate and useful updates!
So as of July I’ll be working both in Montreal city itself, and I’ll be working at an awesome new shop, Expressions Body Piercing and Tattoos, with my good friend Jeff Wiet (thats right, back to my roots I go!) in Vaudreuil just off the island of Montreal on your way to Ottawa. They won’t be booking me appointments until June for July onwards, but check out their web site at http://www.expressions-tattoos.com/ in the meantime. I’m really going to miss always being at LC but I’m pretty stoked for the changes.
I also now have a contact email for anyone who wants to book appointments, though again, I’ll only be booking appointments as of June 1st for July onwards. Phone numbers will follow soon. But feel free to shoot me an email in the meantime at tattoosbyerika@gmail.com
And lastly I just want to say thanks to everyone for all the support and well wishes. I’m excited for the future changes, but I’ll always makes myself available for anyone who really wants to get tattooed by me, be it in Montreal or Ottawa. And once I get my current projects finished up in Ottawa I’ll be happy to take new appointments on the dates I’ll be popping by Living Colour! So just keep an eye on this page for more updates!
p.s. I’ll be adding a bunch of new pictures soon, and a few new galleries, including an In-Progress page, and a mixed media art gallery!

Jan 4 2010 Time to Uproot
It’s time to go public. It’s been an amazing 5 years but it’s time to uproot once again. In July I’ll be moving back to Montreal. I’m working full time at Living Colour until the end of June, and I have May and June still open so if you want to get tattooed, nows the time!
I’ll be working in and around Montreal, as well as working 6 days a month back here at Living colour, but I unfortunately won’t be taking new customers on as of mid April in Ottawa. For any of my past and current customers, all pieces will be finished and of course if you would like to book after June I will be listing the dates I’ll be working in Ottawa in advance.
Check back here to see where and when I’ll be tattooing in Ottawa/Montreal/conventions.

While proficient in a wide range of styles, her passion is realism, portraiture, and Japanese. Erika’s background in illustration and design has cultivated an excellent understanding of proportion and colour theory, while years of working with oils and scratchboards has developed an eye for fine detail. Erika derives inspiration from a number of tattoo artists including Bob Tyrell, Tim Hendricks, Vladi from Italy, and Shige from Yellowblaze in Japan. She currently lives with her two kitties, one lizard, and a plethora of arts and crafts tools!
